Our private Charlie's Island (aka Quiet Cove Key) offers you the chance to dock the houseboat at a worry free site and truly get away from it all. This exposed fossilized ancient reef is beautifully landscaped with trails wandering throughout. Secure your houseboat and wander the paths  through the mangrove trees, enjoy fishing from the dock, or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters around the island. We provide a grill and picnic table for your tropical picnic as well as hammocks for the perfect perch to watch the sun set into the Gulf waters. This is ideal for people who are interested in a rustic, camp like adventure!

Your Florida Keys houseboat and island vacation adventure includes a 38' Holiday Mansion Coastal Cruiser Houseboat which sleeps 5-6 guests.  You also receive free exclusive use of our private island for camping, picnicking, kayaking, snorkeling adventures and so more.  Our houseboats come fully equipped, offering you a safe and comfortable home base for your Florida Keys activities - or the perfect place to kick off your shoes, lay back and relax. Rentals include linens, bath towels, cooking and kitchen utensils, kayaks, runabout boat, snorkeling gear, and exclusive private island docking and usage.

Whether you choose to cruise or remain docked during your stay, we will take time to familiarize you with your boat and its safety operating systems.  By the time you are finished with your "shake down course", you will have the confidence and know-how to captain your boat.  We also provide a boat for transportation to and from this island.  As always, we are available to answer any questions you may have!
