be full when the boat is rented and to be refilled at renter's
expense upon return.

There
are 3 ways to book your vacation:

Procedure:

to confirm availability and reserve your week.

After we confirm that
the week you requested is available, we will ask for your complete
contact information, phone and fax numbers. We will prepare
& send a rental agreement with details and a boat agreement via
email, fax or regular mail to you.

Deposit will be required
to hold your reservation along with your signed boat agreement.
Rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
Payments can be made using personal check, cashiers check or
MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Deposit is usually
returned via mail within 10 days of your departure after our home
manager has inspected the property.
